What it takes to be a Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive you will be working with businesses and consumers in a variety of capacities to elicit and record information; support products and services; receive orders; or make sales presentations. Sales Executives are the focus of our business since they constitute the vast majority of our human capital and determine our success as measured call by call. In short, great Sales Executives make us great as a company. We classify our agents as sales executives because we believe that every customer interaction is an opportunity to create value for our clients. Education

You will be a successful Sales Executive if you're a person with the unique ability to connect with other people quickly and decisively in a focused, results oriented, team environment. You are a high-energy, positive person with a sincere desire to talk to people. You will work with a script and extensive product knowledge gathered during your training to establish customer needs, describe products and services, complete sales transactions, and capture necessary customer information.
